Excellent see previous notes. Franken! No one knows they make Pinot. Franconia. Excellent really. Mellowed out all the way. Orange juice. Cherry undertones. Stunning. What a wine. One of my favorite red wines in the world. Crazy nose of pungent violets, deep cherry fruit and insane spice. The violets are so so intense. Wow. 9.7 nose. Sick. So so good. Palate is so velvety and sweet but needs air but my goodness this will go into Mach 5 in an hour. So fresh, so pure and so balanced. Amazing class and length. Genius. With air this gets downright seductive with a silky texture and so much finesse. — 5 months ago

Gorgeous nose of sweet greens, minerals, sweet melon, white flowers and some white cherries. Such a clear and classic nose from this corner of Franken. Palate is crunchy with huge acidity and delicious, palate slathering minerals. Juicy with wonderful purity and freshness. Terrific mouthfeel and awesome mineral, crunchy texture and that licking a rock feeling that elite German riesling has. Great grip and concentration and a delicate tannic structure. Closed, cool, with muted power. Dark berry & cherry. Quite a tannic frame but juicy & polished, not aggressive as Becker’s Kammerberg.
Nice flow & great depth. Juicy acidity. A beautiful Pinot with more power, very classic Fürst style. — 7 months ago

A darker Pinot with a bit more punch. Needs to breath a bit and then shows dark cherry with a raspberry whiff, a hint of kirsch, some nicely integrated spice woody aromas. Enticing.
On the palate this is so smooth, velvety, with a nice round mouthfeel and so fine tannins. Impeccably balanced and is drinking so nicely right now.

Nose is chlorophyll, mineral and sweet green. So evocative. Sea air. So layered. Some smoke. So elegant. White flowers. So pretty. Palate is so crystalline. Unreal purity. Elegant and finesse driven. Faint peach fruit and incredible acidity and depth. It glides on the palate. Really juicy. Long. Just another wonderful 21. — 5 months ago

Reasonably light garnet , wide watery garnet rim . Quite light nose , cranberry , red currant , herbal touches , touch of spice , rosewater . On the palate quite sweet light red fruits , with light rounded ripe tannin . Quite fresh acidity , and ok finish . This is now resolved drink now and over the next couple of years — 6 months ago
