Very interesting wine.. I don’t know if I was blinded on this if I would ever pick those Washington except for maybe a tiny bit on the back end.
Great color and I actually really enjoy the aromatics on it.
The pallet to me is very interesting. It almost tastes like if you put free run juice into a tank and then let it settle in tank for a couple days and then just bottle that..

Jeff,
I enjoy your wines but this App is getting worse by the month. I can’t believe Antonio has his name attached to this and lets it continue to be outdated by year’s. No updates in 5-6 years.

Calm down everyone, I'm only lurking about 😉.
Plus when I try to reply to other posts I get the API 1500 error, and can't post. So I see the platform is still as stable as ever.

Estate Roussanne Clairette 2022

WeatherEye Vineyards Estate Roussanne 2022, Columbia Valley, Washington State

Dark golden in color.

Strong nose and full bodied with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with nice complexity.

Showing lemons, ripe apples, light cedar, vanilla, light honey, herbs, light tropical fruits and spices.

Long finish with lemons and light almonds.

This is a delicious white wine from Washington State. Elegant and rich. Complex and interesting. Reminds me of Sine Qua Non White.

Already drinking beautifully, and will continue to age nicely in the next 7 to 10 years.

Well balanced and a great sipping wine.

A blend of 93% Roussanne with 7% Clairette. Aged for 15 months in (50% new) French oak barrels.
Unfiltered and unfined.

14.7% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

$85.

This is great wine. Don't let the small looking bottle fool ya. Dark inky color, rich, full-bodied, and very well balanced. It's a treat, so spoil yourself — 9 months ago
