Cherries, blueberries, black currant, high acidity, light plums, cherries, black berries, lovely wine. — a month ago
Les Epenots.... From one of the big time up and coming young winemakers. Intensely aromatic, powerful and energetic. Both black and red fruits, exotic spices and Pommard muscle. Took some time to open up but showed itself nicely after a little over an hour. A bottle that is certain to improve with patience. — 10 days ago

Amazing. Excellent. The 1999 opened on New Year's eve 2019.
Lovely aroma of what I like to call violets and perhaps geraniums. Smooth, well balanced. Good color. Good acidity. Cherries, mushrooms, dash or hint of orange peel, bacon and something like fish.
Incredible wine. — 24 days ago
Ruby red with pink hues on edge. Bouquet of dark berries, tobacco, cedar, flowers, earth. Crystallized berries, iron, light baking spices, cherries with very long, deep finish. Drinking beautifully now and good for another 5 yrs easily — a month ago
