Among the best that Ribero del Duero offers. Benefits from a generous decant for a wonderful waft in the glass — 23 days ago

Dark ruby hue. Aromas of cassis, cherry, earthy, leather, licorice, plum, smoke, tar, violet. Full bodied with full tannins and high acidity. Soft tannins. A little hot at the outset and needs time to open up. But otherwise beautiful and expressive. A definitive pairing with red meat. 100% Tempranillo. — 7 months ago
Has a soft floral fragrance with notes of dark berries!
Drinks quite strongly and is intense right out of the gates. However, it does mellow out a bit…but still retains robust flavors of spice, dark fruit and tobacco leaf. — 2 months ago

Deep, dark and contemplative. Fresh and lively nose, but the fruit is quite restrained and serious. Black cherry, prune, vanilla bean and black pepper with dusty, astringent tannins. Long dry finish of hay, dried herbs and some of that bitterness. Drinking it on the cooler side. Feels right to sip this while listening to Sketches of Spain. — 14 days ago
