Had at vernick. Citrus. They also have a gin. — a year ago
Purchased based on Sam’s involvement with other projects that I have enjoyed, this is not my go-to style for a Pinot. It is more ripe and alcoholic (14.8%!) than I would usually purchase. I was told that this is characteristic of the UV vineyard. That being said, this was very enjoyable. It is a cab-lover’s Pinot as it is plush and broad on the palate. While it won’t be my daily go-to Pinot, I will definitely keep some on hand to fit the right mood and/or company. — 6 years ago
Mixes nicely, works as a primary, secondary, garnish, it’s a little too expensive, but nonetheless, very very solid — 7 years ago
Delectable friends: full confession I am not a vodka drinker but last night at the Ice Bar in the Lizard Lodge with friends we enjoyed this Swedish hand crafted vodka that blew us away. Smooth with a peppery mouth feel this vodka could make me a convert. Cheers to the Sweden 🇸🇪🥃 — 8 years ago
Starting to go through my 2019s. At almost 7yrs, if the others are similar to this bottle, this seemed at absolute peak drinking with plenty of time to enjoy.
UV-SL has, for me, been one I normally open on the younger side as I enjoy the natural opulent and pure fruit tbh at the site can give. Lovely yellow with a tinge of green still showing in the glass. Everything about this wine showed what made me fall in love with Aubert…big aromatics of white peach, roasted nuts, honeysuckle, nutmeg and citrus. Textural and initially powerful, the fruit on the mid-palate is balanced nicely by the acidity with a killer finish. Lovely signature Aubert lemon cream, lemon scone, tropical fruits, honey, little bit of limestone grit and some ginger. Feels like it’s hitting peak with a long window. No rush, but if you have multiple, enjoy one soon. — a month ago
Juicy and opulent. Raspberries, cranberries, lavender, and a bit of spice. Satisfying finish. — 7 months ago
I hate to say it, but this stuff really is a higher class of vodka. No off, medicinal notes. No cloying artificial sweetness. It just tastes like the cleanest, purest spring water was made magically alcoholic. — 4 years ago
Rice vodka. Nice flavors — 7 years ago
There is a lot of vodka in the world. It’s just vodka so what does it matter right? Well it does. This one is somewhat neutral but blends well and does not go weird or vanish altogether. New Amsterdam (from Gallo) vanishes. Grape vodkas go weird as heck. Potato vodkas are finicky. I would put this above Sveda and about equal with Finlandia. No need to pay twice as much for grey goose when it’s being mixed. — 7 years ago
I’ve never evaluated vodka, but it smells like candy corn. And it’s delightful. Especially when tasted against a wheat vodka which just smells like rubbing alcohol. On its own this is a great sipping vodka with a beautiful rich soft mouthfeel — 8 years ago
Super cold this is by far the best. Really thought Elit was but after several with the Russian crowd they are right. — a month ago
Excellent. Bright and punchy. Could use more aging — a month ago

Ate leftovers from Dry Creek Kitchen dinner on 5/28/19 in our room (16) at Farmhouse Inn. Lamb chops, kale salad, mushrooms, pasta salad, and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. All delicious. Wine perfect pairing. — 7 years ago
