Dundee Hills Pinot Noir 2016

Absolutely great as always. Can’t remember the last time I’ve had one so young, but it’s something that should happen more often. Silky, fresh & showing good powerful fruit. One of the best Oregon has to offer. — 17 days ago

@Mike R - One of the highest recommendations I could make for Oregon Pinot.

Coteaux Bourguignons Gamay Pinot Noir 2015

Full bodied Pinot Gamay blend. Surprising structure. Raspberry and liquorice notes. Wet stone. Why so affordable? Because it’s a blend? — 15 days ago

Rapley Trail Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014

Another impressive PN from the Santa Cruz Mountains. I’m beginning to believe that this is, in fact, the best area for Pinot in all of California. Yes, even better than the Sonoma Coast. This wasn’t as interesting or nuanced as McHenry but it’s still distinctive in very positive ways. Good amount of wild strawberries and some darker forest fruits with some pie spice, forest floor and finishes with that characteristic acid that I absolutely love. — a month ago

Grand Chaille Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Strong cat pee whiff on the nose. Silex gives purity of sb notes apparently!? Smokey! Melon and peach up front then good spine of citrus and mineral which carries the flavour through to a@long finish. very good! — 11 days ago
