Restrained nose - but very full bodied and pleasant dark fruits. Quite tannic but soft on the finish. Nice. Shabbat shalom — 8 months ago
Made nice Father’s Day mimosas, finished the rest with dinner tonight. A little sweeter than our usual preference, but after hiding in the cellar forgotten for over a decade, turned out really nice. — 2 years ago
Full-bodied, yet nuanced. Stood up to Passover brisket. Dark red fruits with a hint of minerality. — 2 years ago
See previous notes. Meaty aromas together with blueberry, red currant and raspberry - a hint of bay leaf. A wonderful wine from old vine Mataro (Mourvèdre). Medium to full bodied with stacks of savoury flavour. Sadly my last one. I should seek out more recent vintages. — 9 months ago
Bought at that cute Mt. Tabor wine room for $18. Very floral like I drank a glass of water a bouquet was sitting in. But in a good way. It’s got some funk to it, so it’s probably not for everyone. — 2 years ago
