Like this went good with BBQ — 21 days ago
Testing quite nice after 17 years. This 2007 vintage from this noted California cab producer was quite impressive. The harmony between tannins and fruits still very much evident. I might even guess that it may have a few more years on it. Nice treat. The last of my Mercury Head. Sigh….. — 12 days ago
Slightly lighter than our normal Napa Cabs and softer notes on the nose, but definitely worth adding to the “yes” list. Fruit forward with little to no bite, smooth not velvety. — 12 days ago

Okay okay okay it is slightly heavy on the alcohol with 15 % and lacking some acidity to balance that out however, the nose is to die for. Tropical fruit, butter, mango, pear, so the only thing then is the PQR and for that the bottle and the label come in play. Works for me, from time to time. — 3 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Medium Ruby with aromas of red fruit, cacao and sweet herb spices, fruit from Sonoma and Sta Rita Hills, aged 9 months in French oak (50% new). On the palate flavors of raspberry and cherry with oak, floral herbs and cacao. Fine dusty tannins, medium finish, ending with oak, fruit and sweet floral character. Drink now! — 11 hours ago
