A case of infanticide drinking this beautiful wine from Heathcote so early in its 15 to 20 year life. Generously shouted by friends at a French bistro in Melbourne. Brief notes. Trademark earthy and mineral notes with red fruits on nose and palate. Typically 15% ABV. 93 points for now but will develop to 95 plus. — 16 days ago

Absolutely stunning. Words are tough to find to describe this beautiful example. Drinking perfectly now. Butterscotch, caramel and almonds define this. Finish is caress with softish acidity. Drink these now if you have them.. — 3 days ago

2010 vintage. Decent enuff nose. Medium-heavy/heavy body. Tasted over the course of two hours after a decant. Throwing a little bit of sed. Bright, ripe cherry note screaming throughout the palate experience that I just couldn't minimize. Picked up a little bit of spice "componentry" on the back end/finish but it merely acted as a period by concluding the experience vs starting an entirely new paragraph. Overall, beautifully made and fairly smooth but seemed to be missing those extra levels of complexity that wines, such as this, are renowned for. Perhaps it'll show better in another few years. 3.12.23. — 8 days ago
