Burgundian notes, earthy but with notes of black fruit and even some strawberry. 1 hour decant definitely helped it open more. — 2 months ago
Lively and effervescent. Strawberry, raspberry, tart cherry — fruit forward, balanced by acidity and herbal notes. Picking up bay leaf, dried herb, general green notes. Fun and unexpected. — 4 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed as an aperitif prior to dinner. The NV Brut Rosé pours a very pretty pink color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of raspberry, strawberry, spring flowers, some brioche, lemon citrus and minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. The fruit is round in a good way. Balanced. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and chalky. This is a classy NV Rosé that’s easy for the wine nerd and the crowd to appreciate. Drink now. No disgorgement data. — 3 days ago
Orange-tinged rose color with lazy bubbles. Smells like pineapple and sea salt. Tart with flavors of tangerine and strawberry, and a touch of cream. Sweet finish. — 2 months ago
Wife’s rating- “sweet/fruity on the tongue but a dry finish. Straight tase of strawberry. Not effervescent. House favorite around here.” Great rosé for the price. — 13 days ago
Dark garnet hue. Aromas of bramble, cedar, cherry, flint, graphite, leather, oak, plum, strawberry. Medium-plus body, with plus tannins and plus acidity. Integrated, rounded tannins. Drinking well now. 75% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha, 5% Graciano, 5% Mazuelo. — 3 months ago
