This was the unicorn “Vielles Vigne” bottling. Might hang in for a decade or more. Great job Tony Soter. Special fruit to work with that inaugural year — 2 years ago

Best sparkling wines in America. Love the blanc de blancs. creamy but clean. — 7 years ago
2022 vintage. Medium/medium heavy body. Some old school notes. Some new school familiarities. Some detention memories. There's a darkness (of fruit) on the edge of town. Enduring legacy. A style she's trying to maintain. Nicely made and hard to say no. 4.15.26. — 2 months ago
Fruity and well balanced. — 9 months ago
The consensus among Biblical scholars is that Jesus turned water into pinot noir for his first miracle. This bottle confirms that, even though it doesn’t quite reach the quality served at Cana that fateful day. — 6 years ago

Beaujolais muy fresco, acidez en el punto, necesitaba temperatura, un poco de spice — a year ago
Excellent ! Fresh and delicious at 29 years- 1993 vintage. Classic Cabernet Franc and exceptional balance well done Tony Soter and Scott McLeod — 4 years ago
This is the best of all Oregon pinots - and I’ve tasted a lot! White label, 2009, magnum. It is integrated, balanced, full bodied - not cherry juice as so many (CA) pinots are. Took a lot to wait 12 years before drinking it, but the result is why we care about beautiful wines. Just superb! — 5 years ago
This wine is in its prime. Silky smooth tannins, rich mocha, black plum and baking spices. Very well developed with moderate acidity. The balance is truly incredible. An amazing farewell to NAPA Tony!!! Exceptionally done and it is aging beautifully! — 7 years ago
