Yonder Cities is a collaborative Saison IPA brew by Union Craft Brewing and DC Brau. Small bubbles through out with a cloudy amber hue and small head. A bit of Brett on the nose with some citrus notes, floral, spices, hoppy and a little yeast. Well balanced and smooth palate. Nice level of hops and bitterness. Notes of flowers, citrus fruits, salted caramel and a bit of wheat. Rounded and long finish. — 5 years ago
