Signatory Vintage Inverleven 31 Year 1977. Waxy right away with furniture polish on the nose and a very old-school feel. The palate is hot and a narrow. It mostly hits the tip of the tongue instead of really spreading across. The finish hangs around with wax and a slight bitter edge. Interesting and clearly mature but not fully put together. — 2 months ago

Signatory Vintage Inchgower 23yr. This is big, calms down after a bit but it’s got punch. Mainly on sides of the tongue, no cheeks. It was light in the aroma/nose, some wood. Bit of heat, not very strong on the flavors that stand out. — 3 months ago

Glentauchers 22yr via Signatory. Wow. Not sure what the alcohol level it was but it packs a strong but quick fade, kick. It’s thin on the palate for its 22yr age. I wouldn’t go out of my way to find it. — 2 years ago

Glencraig (Glenburgie) 35yr 1976 Signatory ABV 42.7% (Silent) Initial nose was paint thinner, with air faded. It’s got a strong middle of the mouth no cheeks body. The finish has a bit of menthol? Initially I did not see myself liking this one but I’m coming around. — 2 years ago
