Solid. Sharp flavor but has good depth and complexity. Good body for a Pinot. — 5 months ago
Ruby with elegant red fruit aromas and gentle floral spice, aged for 10 months in French oak. On the palate flavors of cherry and cranberry with notes of tea, herb pepper with wet stone notes. Soft tannins on a long finish ending with fruit, spice and earthy mineral notes. Very Nice! — 6 months ago
Apricot & honey on the nose, body creamy & rich with good mouthfeel and long finish with a note of hazelnut at the very end. This 10 year old held up extremely well — 8 months ago

Strawberry and raspberry, light enough to crush all summer, sturdy enough to hold up to some medium heavy grilled food. Dig this producer and the wine didn’t disappoint. — 25 days ago
simple... nothing too special. balanced snd without anything to make you stop for a minute and think.

Lovely white wine, easily get through a bottle of this — 5 months ago
Nice wine. Last had 2 years ago and probably should have let this one go a bit further but so it goes. Decanted for 2 hours which was the right call. Quite a bit of structure with some nice red fruit mixed with soy and earth. Long finish, with medium minus tannins and good acid. Would be one to try in 5-10 years. — 7 months ago
Ablittlsweet, but smooth, balanced. — 9 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2015 “Southing” pours a deep ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with light staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and bruised strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, red flowers, mushroom and fine baking spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. Drink now through 2035. — 5 days ago
