Too strong and astringent. It gets better with air but not enough. — 4 months ago
Not a Chardonnay fan but this actually slaps — 5 months ago
Lovely ripe nose - dark fruit, spice. Not dense on the mouth, ample fruit and soft tannin. Depth, a little heat, elegant and with years ahead. Felt like a baby even on day 2 and 3. Decant needed on day 1. — 25 days ago
Who am I argue with 100 point rating from Dunnuck and Wine Advocate? And it is a youthful beauty. I typically find the great vintage of ‘09 approachable earlier than ‘05, also a great Bordeaux year. This is perfectly enjoyable right now but I’ll SAVE at least 6 of these because this baby is a distant runner with lots of legs left. Wow! — 3 months ago

Basic good Sauvignon blanc. Bargain at Costco for $6.99 — 2 months ago
A highly awarded Grenache from McLaren Vale made by the talented Peter Fraser. Sweet red earthy fruits but not overly raspberry as Aussie Grenache often is. Has a lovely sweet smooth texture. James Halliday awarded this wine his Wine of the Year in 2020 and 99 points. Vines planted in 1946 in ancient sandy soils ideal for this Grenache. If not Australia’s best Grenache then certainly in the conversation. The main reason we drank this wine a few days ago was to remember Peter Fraser who sadly passed away unexpectedly in a tragic house fire. — 5 months ago

Aromas of citrus fruit, white flowers, orchard fruit and a slight hint of wet stones. Flavors of lime, green apples/pears, unripe peach and lemon curd. Slight note of slate on the long and very crisp finish. Mouth watering acidity. Bright, energetic and fresh. Solid wine from a consistent quality producer. Thanks for sharing, John P! — a month ago
