Served this classic Beaujolais Gamay with beef Bourgogne and creamy mashed potatoes on a snowy night. Perfect pairing! — 4 years ago
So clean. This reminds me of the French/Belgian Saisons that got me into this style. Very close to perfect. — 6 years ago
If in Denvet, go to Fort Collins for some breweries too. One if my faves, Funkwerks, saisons. This is a lighter version, but still has the orange citrus, Indian flavors, and a touch of sour to it. Grapes, and aged I'm Chardonnay barrels, I wasn't picking that up too much. 7.5 ABV. I'm just a big fan of their beers. — 9 years ago
Terrific new sour saison from JP (okay, maybe not that new - bottled in November 2019 - but new for me!), this is a collaboration with Perennial Ales. Brewed with peaches and apricots, it’s one of the better sour saisons I’ve had from JP. Highly recommended. — 5 years ago
Crisp, a frozen blade of grass.
Citrus and peach undertones make a liquid magic I would drink if summers were endless.
This one holds nostalgia of a simpler time for me, so maybe I’m a bit biased, but it’s just so good. Plus saisons are my favorite beers with a unique history. — 6 years ago
Excellent! Crispy and bright like top notch Saisons. Fizzy like a Tripel Karmaliet.
Would definitely buy again to share with friends. — 10 years ago
This really amazing! One of the best stateside saisons I've had in awhile. I love the hint of lemon. Also the multi grains really gives it a great unique mouthfeel. Great balance. — 10 years ago
This bottle had been opened for 4 days and stored in the fridge. What a nose! There is chalk, there is limestone, elderflower, lemon, is this pineapple lurking in the back? The palate is well designed with a strong acid backbone, some width and a nice lemony touch all along with again that elderflower thing, a good grip and some matter, and a very long mineral and fruit thing that lasts for a while. Who needs Chablis? — 6 years ago
Pleasant aroma. Paired well with different meals. — 9 years ago
As a homebrewer who has made both Sake, and continues to make Saisons, I find this an amazing well though out integration of Kojii, Beer yeast, and grain.
A dry wave of semi sweet mid weighted liquid rolls over the palette with a strong dry finish of lemon and herb. Fantastic innovation. — 9 years ago
Mystic 'Everyday Saison'. Chelsea Mass. Retrieved from my Boston trip as a beer that would suit my palate. Great suggestion. Not many Saisons can be called session. But this one is both top-ferments fruity/baking spice, good depth, but also nervey and bright at only 4.3%. Crafty as f@ck. More Duvel than Petrus, just hidden in a supermodel's body — 10 years ago

Peppery cherry. Mineral with bite. Slightly effervescent. Everything I love in a gamay. — 4 months ago
