Founded in 1932 by Isaac Muga Martínez, now run by Manuel, Isabel & Isaac Muga Caño. Deep Ruby, aromas of sweet red and black fruits with pepper spice, unmistakable Muga. 4 grape blend from the Haro district (70% Tempranillo, rest Garnacha, Mazuelo & Graciano), palate shows cherry and currant flavors with espresso, vanilla & toasty oak tones. Soft full tannins, lively acidity on a medium+ finish ending with an earthy mineral character. Nice value! Great vintage! — 7 months ago
Big, big juice notes. Blackberry and currant with a touch of pepper. Great with chili con carne. — 4 years ago
Terre di San Leonardo is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%), Merlot (40%), and Carmenere (10%), run by the Gonzaga family since its inception in 1724. Wine is fermented with ambient yeasts in concrete tanks and 20% is aged in French oak barrels. Ruby with aromas ripe red fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of rich plum and blackberry with herb, light spice and slight earthy notes. Medium+ finish, fine soft tannins, ending with fruit, floral and earthy mineral character. Tremendous value! — 6 months ago
Young and silky fruit balanced by a subtle, wise umami bready hit.
Effervescence meets earth. Fun and well-formed, but also shifting with time. A wine for those who've long since run out of love for "fresh" boring berries and oak blasts, that are actually ploughed with additives. This natural one has an opinion about life and is the more beautiful for it.
Can't wait to see what it ages into tomorrow as well, if the 1L bottle lasts that long. — 9 months ago
Located halfway up the hill dominating principal valley of Barolo, lined by vineyards, lies a precious 15th century Abbey of Annunziata. Medium Ruby with complex aromas of berry fruits and fresh floral scents. On the palate the palate dried cherry, tobacco, licorice, espresso and fresh herbs give this full-body wine grace and elegance. Soft fine dusty tannins on a well balanced frame makes this hot vintage wine approachable today as well as have room to run over the next decade. — 3 years ago

Very nice wine. Well rounded and smooth. Flavours hit early and linger. I detect cherry or blackberry with some vanilla. Would definitely buy again — 8 months ago
Awesome. More soon. ….Drinking this wine is like sitting on the sofa with a big bar of dark chocolate. Very port like. Roses, leather, classic. Very dry dried figs. Plenty of tannins left. Could run for 10 more years with ease. 400$ now. Just drank a second and last bottle. One of the best Barolo’s money can buy. — a year ago
