Traditional Bordeaux-Style blend. Very dark ruby color with slight hints of purple. Savory aromas of earth, baking spices, herbs and black cherries. Ripe plum and black cherry flavors with additional hints of baking spices, tobacco and dried herbs. Pleasant creamy vanilla oak note on the long finish. Dusty tannins and well balanced. Opulent, complex and still quite fresh for a ten year old wine. — 2 months ago

Wine smelled good right out of the bottle but had a bit of astringency on first taste. That went away with some air and decanting. This wine really showed well over a 2 hour dinner. Good fruit without being fruity or jammy and that made it easy to drink. — 6 months ago

Wow, very impressed. Just shy of 20 years old. A Washington state cab. Tannins and fruits were still in harmony. Drank with my good friend Jim and my family. A nice surprise treat from the cellar — a month ago
