Gewurztraminer on steroids - rich, ripe and elegant with a pronounced bouquet of lychee, honey, candies lemon, rose petal, ginger and smoke. This verges on medium sweet with 33g/l RS and is full bodied with 14.5%abv. Powerful with enough stony minerality to stay clean rather than cloying on the exceedingly long finish. A powerhouse and despite the medium gold rather advanced color it has many years of life ahead — 5 years ago
