Rias Baixas Albariño 2017

Grown in a vineyard next to the sea on granite soils, sobre lías (sur-lie) and allowed to complete a malo-lactic fermentation. Aromas and flavors of peach, apricot, honeysuckle, grapefruit, and dough. Very well-balanced, 13% alcohol, juicy acidity and lovely mouthfeel. Delightful! — 9 days ago

Rías Baixas Albariño 2017

Floral and flinty. Some background fruit and great acidity. Went well with leftover turkey but would have shone with oysters. — 16 days ago

Rías Baixas Albariño 2017

This Spanish white has a pretty yellow tint in the glass and gives the expected nose of honeysuckle and citrus. The lemons and limes are more forward on the palate, with a stirring minerality to go with them. The acidity is quite nice, and the lengthy finish is refreshing. — 19 days ago
