It has features of Riesling like petro. Fruity, volume. Cave spring estate beemsville bench Riesling 20 @3971, Dmar, 241007
Yellow green. Pear and petro. Chalk and minerals. Honey suckle and acacia. Rich honey and balanced acidity to make me feel it is come from cool climat. 20 @3971, Dmar, 241026-241104 — 6 months ago
Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts (6%) of Merlot and Malbec blended in. Dark ruby color. Aromas of black cherry/currants, violets and toffee. The palate is also black fruit focused with additional flavors of chocolate, black licorice and black pepper. Touch of vanilla and fresh herbs on the medium length finish. The tannins have smoothed out and the acidity is quite bright. More medium bodied and subtly sweet. Easy drinker. — 8 months ago

Good fully body without being super tannic. Crushed red fruit notes, easy to drink. — 5 months ago
Solid and definitely needed the aerator but aging well. Will be excellent in a few years. Deep and earthy. Lots of dark fruit. — 4 years ago

What a delicious bottle of wine. I’m not remembering when or where I got this or the cost but I’m impressed with how well it has held up after 23 years. — 3 days ago
