Ripe black cherry and blackberry fruit backbone with some earth and herbaceous richness. Light but lush on the palate with tart blackberry acidity, some soft but present mouth-coating tannins. Suspecting whole cluster fermentation? Nearly perfect, just wanting a little less tartness on a damp November night. — 23 days ago

A lovely surprise. — a day ago
Lite notes of cola and stewed plums on the nose. Palate displays a supple tannic structure, but lacks the density and texture I have come to expect from this bottling. Comes across as somewhat hollow on the mid palate. Serviceable, but not great in my mind. — a month ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Medium Ruby color with aromas dark red fruits, black tea and ample floral spice, aged in 20% new French oak for 10 months. On the palate flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum with tobacco, cedar, black pepper, tea and vanilla spice. Soft fine tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, herb, spice and earthy wet stone character. Nice! — 4 days ago
