I liked this Pinot Noir, which was closer to a Beaujolais than a Burgundy. It has a citrus flavor that gives it a summertime aspect. Perfect chilled at a Summer picnic. Not an elegant dinner wine, but perfect with cheese. — 3 years ago
Barnhill, Otagu perhaps the home of NZ PN, and boy this one doesn't let you down. Sam Neill name behind this, classic PN, cherry, tabac, berries galore, mirrored to many a French PN but so much better. — 2 years ago
Smells like bruised oxidized apples and cider. Nectarines, lemon peel, ginger, crushed slate. Nice amount of tannins from skin contact. Looking for more of this wine to have on a sunny picnic day. Thanks for the birthday wine @Margie @Colleen Z ! — 4 years ago
Great for upscaling the outdoor amphitheater pre-theater picnic party - great with a variety of cheeses, almonds, dried fruits, crackers, and food truck entrees. — 6 years ago

Jack Petras
NV Pet Nat from Austria, slightly fuzzy, bouncy on palate, orange creamsicle but dryer. Refreshing mid summer picnic wine. Slightly sour and slightly bitter. — a year ago
