Paul Lato Atticus John Sebastiano Vineyard Pinot Noir 2016: Bright elegance. Fine balance. Perfect structure. Nice primary fruit flavors of strawberry, cherry & blackberry, followed by some secondary flavors of vanilla & spice. The finish was soft & silky, leaving you with the desire for another sip! Overall, a high quality Pinot, leaving me beyond impressed. Hands down, the best California Pinot Noir I have tasted this year. Great weekend to all! Cheers🍷 — 17 days ago
Always delivers great value, typical Chablis and Droin style, mineral, salinity and freshness, very crisp and expressive, awesome for a Villages.
Notes constantes, toujours très bien, expressif, frais, avec de la minéralisé et une salinité quand même typique de l'appellation et du producteur, beaucoup de vin pour un Chablis Villages. — 15 days ago
Splurge Sunday evening! I truly was going to wait until WE vintage chart signaled ready to drink.
Second bottle of this and it is exceedingly more developed and yummy! NO regrets!
This is full of rich flavor...apple butter, pears, brioche, apple orchard, vanilla pudding, jasmine
and graphite! 😁🍅🥐🍐 — 14 days ago
Crisp, refreshing and delicious Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. And very affordable! — 7 hours ago
So I still can’t figure out exactly what was in the back end of this thing but drinking the champagne was so many delicate flavors of yeasty biscuits and straw and grassy lemon Notes for the very end it was like biting into the juiciest blackberry or plum you could think of. The acid hit you in the tongue at the point where it just felt like your mouth is watering with this juice but it was from a dark berry kind of flavor. Fascinating and delicious and for somebody doesn’t really like champagne I would drink it again. — 6 hours ago
