I think the previous descriptions are accurate ( Dark, anise, brown sugar, etc…) A little too heavy on the sweer note for my taste but I’m sure many people will enjoy it. The bottom line here is personal preference, and not one I would personally set out to drink again. — 10 days ago

Smooth and balanced but with a long dry finish. Vanilla and plum. — 3 days ago
Zinfandel is always going to scare some I guess but served blind this one would please doubters. 100-year old dry farmed vineyard in Paso produces a wine with impressive vibrancy en freshness. It’s a field blend with smaller parts of the usual suspects. Flowers, Maraschino cherries, citrus, pomegranate, zest, cinnamon. — 11 days ago
Delicious, smooth, robust, delightful find at the Hudson House in Cold Spring NY 🙌🏻 Perfect with my ravioli dinner! — 9 days ago
Tom Garland
Justin wine(Paso Robles, CA) dinner at Mortons
WINES:
Justin Rose
Justin Sauvignon Blanc
2019 Justin cabernet
2017 Justification red blend (right bank blend)
2019 Isosceles red blend(left bank blend)
First time trying Justin wines. I would stick with the Justification and Isosceles. The cab seems to be a pop and pour easy drinking upon release wine.
FOOD:
Cavier, oysters imperial, mushroom duxelle
Spicy tuna with crispy rice cake
Grilled double cut lamb chop
Braised beef cheeks
Hot sticky toffee cake — 9 days ago
