1 hour decant(little fine/cloudy sediment). A wondrous dark ruby red color. On the nose: Intoxicating notes of black cherry, stewed blue fruit, forest floor, chocolate, grilled meat, pine. Taste: juicy, fresh, velvety wine with dark cherry/plum, dried herbs, crushed gravel, leather, and an orange rind milk chocolate long finish. YUM! Nice representation of your Paso high alc (16%) cab/syrah blend. — 23 minutes ago
Nice blend that was smooth and full bodied on the palate. Paired well with a prime rib eye . — 6 days ago
Had this twice in a few days! Reliable. Smooth. — 14 days ago
Enjoyed on 1/25/25. Vintage 2023. $25. Always a fan of wines from Paso Robles. This doesn’t disappoint. A solid Cab. Yes, a little young but it will get even better. — 7 days ago

I’m not usually a fan of GSM’s and wines that are too fruit forward. All that said age has helped mellow this out a tad. I think the dark fruit was still huge yet today I was in the mood. — 14 days ago
