[75% Roussanne, 18% Grenache Blanc, and 7% Picpoul] Roussanne is ripe, rich and really dominant in this vintage, good acid, nice balance, fat, long, lingering finish, really outstanding!!

Very aromatic, showcasing a wide range of citrus and stone fruits, and even hint of tropical fruits such as ripe starfruit. The palate is a fine balance between richness and delicacy. Touch of crushed oyster shell on long finish. Very charming and classy.

Dec 18th, 2022Much more closed aromatically than the 2014, structured, but also very backward, the Roussanne tastes like a barrel sample, this will easily make old bones, needs 10+ more years of cellaring!!

Wow. I love this wine. Tastes sweet - cotton candy notes, but is dry. Low acidity.
