Well balanced.
Wonderful. — 5 months ago
Medium lemon color with aromas of ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and nutty scents, aged for 12 months on French oak. On the palate complex flavors of apple, peach, pineapple and lemon citrus, well balanced with acidity on a nice mouthfeel. Long finish ending with oak, vanilla, biscuit, mineral and citrus notes, will continue to age. A nice Chardonnay. — 5 months ago

Now this is love. A crystalline, pure straw color in the glass. Such an aesthetically pleasing wine to the eyes. Highly active perlage immediately upon opening. The nose is a delight with biscuits and citrus for days along with wet stones. Green apples are expressive here with butter and a touch of cream.
This is obviously so, so very young but I’m unrepentant. Giving it time to breathe and open up is a must. Complexity and depth comes with time. Powerful and dynamic, it’s a lovely pour with zippy acidity and nice structure.
Explosive in the mouth. Citrus notes are dominant at this stage naturally but there’s plenty of yeast and herbal essences. Ginger, lime, and more green apples. At this stage, this is really fun but it’s guaranteed to get so much better. — 5 months ago

Lemon gold color with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with citrus, sweet floral and complex spice, no MLF. On the palate flavors of ripe melon, pineapple, apricot and honeysuckle notes with lemon zest and biscuit notes, delicate, complex and well balanced, big and full Chardonnay. Long finish, savory, ending with mineral tones and fresh finish. Will age well. Outstanding! While I usually do not decant whites, this one will benefit to breathe a bit! — 2 months ago
This is out of 3 Liter. Tasted fresher than the san Giacomo magnum ‘16 I had two days ago. Rich. Great color. Still fresh. No nuts at all. Peach, apricot. — 6 months ago

Cork pull from the WCO fundraising event, and definitely a good win! Classic cali chard... Apple and pear, a bit of citrus, and a good amount of oak without overpowering butteriness. The kind of chard that helped me fall in love with wine 💕 — 3 days ago
