Leradici Barbera d'Asti 2021

2021 vintage. QPR off the charts. $13.43 a bottle resto cost. Ridiculously good at that price. Medium body with spice, fruit and structure. Too inexpensive for me to exploit but perhaps someone else can? If I see this in the wild, pouncing on all fours. 04.09.25. — 18 days ago

Riserva Piaggia Carmignano Sangiovese Blend 2020

A Super Tuscan in name only as the fruit comes no where near Bolgheri. A wonderful bottle that comes off slightly rustic. The score is increased due to the amazingly low cost. Worth a try for sure. — 3 months ago

Barolo Nebbiolo 2018

A beautiful shock of garnet, this thin and clear Barolo is lovely, but a little more of a bite than I’d hope for this vintage. The aftertaste lingers nicely (with a light woody flavor), but doesn’t have as smooth of a finish as I’d prefer. It’s still a beautiful wine and love that it comes in a 375 ml bottle. — a day ago

Tasmorcan Barbera d'Asti 2023

Really nice Barbera, although a bit young. Found this at Toutant, didn’t finish it, so we brought a bit home. Turned out to put a nice finish on a pot of goulash. — a month ago

Castelletto Barolo Nebbiolo 2019

Beautiful ruby rust, full bodied, cherries and licorice with good acidity, well balanced, best Barolo I’ve had! — 5 months ago
