Reddish in color with a purplish hue.
Elegant nose and full bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Showing raspberries, cherries, black plums, black currants, coffee, light oak and spices.
Medium finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is an elegant and very pleasant Nebbiolo from Piedmont.
Good right out of the bottle and better with airtime.
Still young and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
Easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine.

70% Sangiovese, 20% Cab S and F, 10% Merlot for me this is an amazing wine. Picked it up at the Mercado in San Remo without any knowledge. Paired it with a perfectly grilled cotoletto Bavarese. The wine is coffee, milk chocolate, dark ripe fruit in the nose. The palate very balanced in fruit, acid and a bit of wood. Perfect now from a 375 bottle. — 2 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Fruit sourced from three young, cool vineyards, Arborina and Gattera in La Morra and Castelletto in Monforte d'Alba, Ruby red with a bouquet of dark fruit, spices, leather and licorice. On the palate flavors of sour black cherry and plum with notes of pepper, smoky tobacco, vanilla and oak. Long finish, nice balance with fine drying tannins, savory edges, ending with earthy mineral notes. Good now! — 17 days ago
