A blend of Tempranillo with 10% Mazuelo and Graciano, with aging, 50% in new French oak. Deep Ruby with ripe red and black fruit aromas and toasty spice. The palate shows plum and blackberry flavors with smoke, cacao and spice. Vivid acidity, firm ripe tannins, integrated lending to a medium+ finish ending with some earthy notes. Bourbon and black cherry, vanilla and leather on the nose. A big wine on the palate - sweet and earthy with maraschino cherry, pineapple, lemon curd, and some tannic depth.
