Pale lemon in color.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and tiny bubbles.
Dry on the palate and elegant.
Showing limes, grapefruits, yeast, spices, brioche, minerals, light earth, sea salt and herbs.
Tangy long finish with limes and light almonds.
This is a delicious Non Vintage Champagne. Showing a great mouthfeel with nice complexity.

Well-balanced Champagne with elegant fruit balanced with brioche. — 25 days ago
I purchased the bottle specifically for paring with spicy hot pot as I rarely drink sweet Champaign and wanted to give it a try.
Beautiful nose of blackcurrant, raspberry, ripe strawberry, orange peel, chalk, and hint of warm spices. Fine persistent mellow mouse. Acidity can barely keep up with the 45g dosage. There is pomelo-like bitterness to keep the sweetness in check as well.
Too sweet for me to drink on its own, but it was a fantastic pairing.

Reinforced my obsession with Pinot Meunière…. Almonds, fresh brioche, ripe pear and a hint of (banana?). Balance is impressive and not an acid-monster. My only negative is how the price keeps climbing. Happy turkey day y’all. — 23 days ago
