Intensely mineral in style, the NV Verdicchio Mai Sentito Pet Nat bursts from the glass with an array of crushed stones, smoke and dried wildflowers. It flows across the palate with a rich bead of fine bubbles and orchard fruits offset by hints of sour citrus and a salty tinge toward the close.
