Super perfumed. Juicy, elegant, clearly defined fruit. Stunningly pure.
Some day 2 notes. Huge citrus and tangerine skin. So much spice. Amazing clarity of fruit that only comes with age. So sappy, rich and pure with lovely caressing yet bracing acids. Confectionary and long. Sappy and pure. Amazing balance and some lovely honeysuckle on the finish. — 4 years ago
Wow. Gorgeous elegant fruit on the nose. I swear it smells like fruity spatlese for a second there. Orange, cream, minerals, and so delicate and elegant. Really haunting aromas. Gorgeous complexity. Wow. Really just divine aromas. Earth, cream, citrus and minerals. Really just a stunning nose but super refined and subtle. 9.5 nose. Palate is elegant and refined and man is this delicate and elegant. Yes, elegant. Acid is a bit less than 2019 but this is so lacey and delicate. What it lacks in that 19 energy it makes up for with its haunted delicacy and laciness. Mouthwatering and long. Compact. Ethereal. Good depth and concentration. Really mineral as it airs out. — 5 years ago
Trarbacher huhnerberg kabinett Feinherb
Nose: white flowers.
Palate: mineral. Grapefruit. Bright. Dense. Delicious. Awesome. Stunningly, stunningly crisp. So well made. Sick silky fruit. Long. So juicy.
This tastes like a big spatlese Feinherb.

@Delectable Wine this is the “1te, 2te & 3te Terrasse” and is also two stars (**). Thanks!
Stunning and feral and so delicious Expansive and so 23. More formal notes later. — 9 months ago
On a hot day there is nothing like this wine. Kinky, confectionary nose with cotton candy, citrus, apricot and slate. Tons of wet earth and damp slate. Stunning. Palate has electric acidity and generous fruit but is really grippy and structured on the finish. This so fine and so nimble. My goodness this is a stunning vintage of this. Just a baby but so hard to resist. The structure is incredible. What a mouthwatering finish. — 10 months ago
Martin’s top Feinherb in 19. Huge tropical nose, apricot, peach pit, superb minerality and spices. Honey and tree bark. Smells so deep. Bee pollen. Slate and sick minerals. So aromatic and provocative. With air will only get better. So young and so energetic. Sappy and dense and only showing 10% of itself. But what a core of apricot and peach fruit that is almost endless on the palate and it finishes very mineral with a gorgeous opulence on the mid to backend. A stunning wine. Just stunning. As nose opens it gets insanely complex like a spice bazaar. Wow. Huge concentration and such finesse. Superb finish and balance. Unreal purity and length. A brilliant wine. Blown away. Inner mouth aromas. Huge pit fruit on the end. Endless — 5 years ago

2023 - Tasted 9 month ago or so and now again. Just 11%. A real value. Beautiful nose, of elderberry and white peach. Very classy and clean, a ton of acid. Super bright. Lemon, stone-fruit, hint kerosine. Unspitable. See pervious notes as well. 2023 vintage. — 6 months ago
Huge massive minerals on the nose. Wow. Wonderful freshness and purity. Citrus and apricots. Canned peach juice. Vulcanized rubber. Saffron. Spice. So complex. Tangerine. Blood orange. Palate is rich and there is good botrytis and very good acidity but not like 19 or 15. The freshness is from minerals. Amazing cleanliness and super pure and deep. This is backwards initially and I’ll track it throughout the day. This needs to fill in some.
Wow has this got filigreed with air. Nose is now classic Huhnerberg with a deep resin like spice. Palate is unctuous, fresh and ripe. So super pure. Wow. — 5 years ago
Matthew Cohen
Wow. An insane wine.
Nose: sick elegant spice. Almost elegantly oily.
Palate: so dense. Candied pink grapefruit. Mineral. Expansive. Long. Saline. Juicy. Clingy.
