With violent. Oak, vanilla. black fruits. Smoky. Spices. Chalk. Good concentration from the beginning. Fruity, smooth, soft tannin. Spicy. CP good. Good not to chose beef. San Lorenzo Rosso Conero Umani Ronchi 21 @2233, Toscan, 240914-240919 — 9 months ago
Intense, concentrated flavors, maybe a little harsh but I dig — a year ago
See previous Note. Old plummie, red cherry notes. Barb said dusty and pine needles. A cooler vintage. I said red cherries and freshly tilled loam. As Galloni said “In 2010 Ama did not bottle their single vineyard selections. All the best fruit went here.” Tasting more the quality of a Brunello than a Chianti Classico. No. 6 in Wine Spectators Top 100 for 2015. — 6 months ago
Decanted for about nine hours. Fresh raspberries, cherries, and a bit of mushrooms. Very elegant. Full-bodied, but not quite as powerful as other Barolos I’ve had over the years. — 5 months ago
Mixed spice on the nose transitions to honeydew melon and roasted nuts and elderflower. Possesses depth and texture with moderate acidity. Nice lengthy finish. Loving this…

Still has plenty of zip to go with the rich heft. Drinking well with a lengthy decant. — 19 days ago
