A classic white Bordeaux blend of 70% Sémillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Here, Sémillon brings waxy texture, depth, and honeysuckle complexity, while Sauvignon Blanc adds grassy aromatics and a zesty lift.

Aromas & Flavors
Expressive notes of ripe citrus, white peach, honeysuckle, and subtle herbs, framed by hints of wet stone and fresh-cut grass. The interplay of ripe fruit and grassy vibrancy creates both richness and freshness.

Mouthfeel
Medium-bodied with a supple, almost waxy texture from the Sémillon, balanced by Sauvignon’s crisp acidity. Clean, mineral, and refreshing on the finish, with good persistence.

Winemaking Notes

Deep Ruby with aromas of fresh, ripe dark fruit and notes of sweet cacao and spice, blend of Touriga Nacional 60%, Touriga Franca 30% and Sousão 10%, and at 113 grams per liter of residual sugar. On the palate pronounced flavors of blackberry, ripe plum and currants with notes of cacao and espresso. This is a delicious Chardonnay from Oregon. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Spicy and salty.

This 6 year old Single Vineyard Chardonnay, still feels young and would continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years.

Feels like a good quality Burgundy white. Elegant, easy drinking and good by itself as a sipping wine.

Chardonnay grapes were aged on the lees, in French oak barrels for 14 months.

The palate is full of lychee, white peach and green melon flavors with additional notes of lemon and minerals. Hint of saline on the long and generous finish. Nice concentration and tension.
