Impressive how useful it still is. Blind I thought it was a Toro, or a blend with Carignane. Deep color, perfectly integrated oak. Amazing. Good investment — a month ago

Delectable Wine

Brilliant ruby. Spice-accented red and dark berry preserve, floral and smoky mineral qualities on the expressive nose; a hint of succulent herbs emerges with air. Shows very good depth as well as energy to the sweet black raspberry, cherry and licorice flavors, which deepen steadily through the midpalate. Supple tannins build slowly on a long, spicy finish that leaves cassis and cracked pepper notes behind. Raised in concrete vats. (Josh Raynolds, Vinous, February 2020)

Joven Cigales Tempranillo 2019

Smokey blueberries (if there was such a thing), vanilla, coconut cream, licorice, beef jerky, and a subtle dill/mint note. Plums, blueberries, sour cherry with some toasty oak and black tea. Medium acidity and medium, slightly course tannins.

Really tasty stuff. Quite Rioja like which I enjoy. I'll be looking for Temp from this region in the future.

Terre des Aînés Gigondas Red Rhone Blend 2019

Vintage 2019 | I love this wine. It’s a idiosyncratic character. A Beast. Not willing to show charm. Very old school: classic smell, peat, cedar. Hint of chocolate. I thought it to be a Tannat, that says it. Put away in the cellar for another 3 - 5 years and get it on a windy, rainy autumnday for a dinner with wild boar of deer. Probably you will be amazed and witness a miracle. — 5 months ago

Garrigues Vacqueyras Red Rhône Blend 2017

Fire pit wine: befits my smoke infused clothes. Bouquet-garni, soft palate of black cherries, 13.5% holds it all together. Quite delicious & only intensifies with air. — 4 years ago
