Needed breathing the oak very present at first. Then it opened to cherries, lemmon , thyme, curry flower, elegant, tannins yet to be tamed, good freshness to it. Smokey blueberries (if there was such a thing), vanilla, coconut cream, licorice, beef jerky, and a subtle dill/mint note. Plums, blueberries, sour cherry with some toasty oak and black tea. Medium acidity and medium, slightly course tannins.
