NOT THE GRUNER... this review is for their Gemiscter Satz With so many disappointing example on the mass market, it was so reassuring to find this genuine example of high quality winemaking. Clean well made and true to form. Fresh, citrus and mineral aromas lead to a tight and precise mouthfeel with lemon, complexities and light creamy notes. Brava and Bravo!! Sehr gut!👏👏👏 — 6 years ago
Crisp and well balanced. Best experienced from a terrace in Costa Brava. — 7 years ago
Dipping and stuffing the face as the food became more beautiful around with this Marques de Caceres tempranillo 1985 gran reserva at Costa Brava in San Diego among friends. — 8 years ago
Excellent Tempranillo. True to its root. Dry but full body and flavorful. The grape comes through. Great at Costa Brava restaurant in Houston. — 9 years ago

Molto delizioso. E gigondas che non ho una volta di assagiare anche ha una reputazione brava. Sarebbe in grade alto, ma per fortuna ho una volta di provare. Garnet wine aveva il sconto. Grazie garnet wine! — 8 years ago
Different Ribera Del Duero Tempranillo. Licorice finish. Full bodied and fruit forward. Great with Ribeye at Costa Brava in Bellaire, Texas. — 9 years ago
— 9 years ago
Like a more rustic Poulsard, with the earthiness of a Cab Franc and the buoyancy of a Gamay. Refreshingly light with just enough of a tannic grip.

I have to say, it is not what I expected from Turley, or even a Petite Sirah. Very elegant, not too much on a jammy side, and brighter red fruits to the mid pallet.. not as dark, spicy, and chocolatey rich as most.
Smoke, cherry, cedar, wildflower, vanilla all I'm the nose. The pallet was pretty balanced, exhibiting notes of black raspberry, Bing cherry, cloves, mocha (not too rich on the cocoa), and a smooth, slightly thin finish. Had a little more Syrah to the feel of it, but I will say maybe my faith in Turley wines has been renewed, ever so slightly. Brava, Mrs. Turley! — 9 years ago
