My first exposure to this producer was an absolute pleasure! Enticing floral notes foreshadowed crisp Asian apple and minerality on the mid and back palette. This wine was a perfect complement to oysters, scallops and mild white fish prepared for the table and enjoyed by all. — 2 months ago

Pop and pour. A splendid medium straw color. On the nose: asian pear, crisp apples, lemon rind, almonds, floral. Taste: chalky, oily, vibrant wine with lemon zest, white peach, saline, slate, and a mineral lime peel long finish. YUM! Nice compelling wine at 19 years. — a month ago

1/2025. Nice champagne split. Slight dryness and sits well on the palate. Paired well with my smoked salmon on toast with cream cheese. — 15 days ago
