Tequila number 2 was aged in William Larue Weller bourbon barrels. If I were blindfolded, it would have taken me a minute to realize this was tequila. The oak and the bourbon had a huge effect. But, it was not overpowering. Delicious in a unique way. Delectable says it's $29. If you find it for $29, buy 100 bottles. — 8 months ago

2019 was somewhat nutty and fresh vanilla and baked apple fruit? A good pairing with lighter fare, farm fresh artichoke shavings with fennel then rockfish with roasted sun chokes and blood oranges. Nice finish but not long. Lovely. — 3 years ago
Nose: closed on open. lovely. White flowers.
Palate: very mineral. Lemon peel. Perfect lemon. A hint of sweet lemon. Not fruit forward. Saline. As this opens, village Puligny. Very well made. Lacks density and complexity to be great.

2023/6 with kinki and fennel seed linguine, pork scalloping, etc. Nice but toeing the line of being a bit simple - almost like a bigger Macon white. Not sure if it’s cultured yeasts or what… — 3 years ago

Steel and slate on the front palate, yummy acid, a hint of oak to round out. — 4 months ago
