@delectable his is the bourgogne cote d'or les buees chardonnay.
This is from the village of Saint Aubain - chassagne montrachet from a 2016 planted vineyard. Only 1971 bottles.
The wine is not overly complex but rather a fresh, racy, mineral driven easy drinking village level Burgundy. Expect this wine to evolve well and gain complexity when the vines will mature in the coming years. The balance is already there. Like it a lot 🚀🚀 — 9 months ago
Second serving….beautiful bright pear on the nose, classic white Burgh, another sipping wine though, overwhelmed by salami and perhaps cheese. Has a very interesting twist at the end. Sounds like a few years aging would help the complexity. KLWM wine — 14 days ago
濃い黄金色。やや強すぎるアルコール感があるが、2019なのに凝縮した果実味 noa — 7 months ago
Superb. Crisp acidity with a great finish. Great winemaker in Sonoma, Katy Wilson! — 2 years ago
