Bottled 28 March 2018. Blend no. 42. Season 17/18. Shared by @Bryan Frey for a delicious nightcap and to honor Armand’s passing on 6 March. Just a perfectly balanced, funky, citrusy, earthy lambic. Best before 2038, but there is no way I could get my hands on enough to test that date as they would disappear well before then. — 4 years ago
Drank after a Boon Geueze (which I enjoyed) and it was far better, more refined and delectable. — 6 years ago

All the things I love in a skin contract white wine. This eschewes the more common apricotty notes in favor of confit lemon and Mandarin orange, backed by great texture, tart acidity and a kiss of Brett. Evolves dynamically over the course of the evening, always showing a new pique of interest. Wine for lambic lovers.
NB: Stand this up for a while and carefully open and decant - otherwise you'll end up with a hazy, New England style IPA situation. — 9 years ago
The standard with cantillon. This is worth trying just for the nose. It explodes out of the glass. Perfume, raspberries, cherries, cream, insane. Palate coats every taste buds with fruit, sour lemonheads, just an crazy amount of raspberry and cherry flavor. Also some forest. Unbelievable. — 5 years ago
So-much-fruit. Glad we drank this young. — 6 years ago
Antique gold with a tinge of pink gold shows an almost gelatinous opacity while flaunting a snowy cap. Pineapple leached of its rich sweetness meets the mouth evenly, and turns quickly to grapefruit pith, nectarine, sour orange, sour plum, salted lemon pulp and ruby grapefruit. All around a refreshingly tart take on the lambic style. Highly recommended for the hottest summer you got. — 7 years ago
Tart razor sharp cherries. Would’ve enjoyed a bit more width. — 7 years ago

This is just good fun. Sweet, tart, bubbles and fruit. Cool summer evening, family at the grill. YES — 10 years ago

‘20. Has been awhile for me drinking the gueze. Very nostalgic nose that takes me back to drinking at Spuyten Duyvel circa 2007. — 4 years ago
Really wild stuff here: not really an orange wine per se: more Rose’ colored and smelled like a Lambic w/out the sweetness. Had some spritzy effervescence and great juiciness. The nose was all over the place - intriguing & interesting, you’re sitting there trying to figure out what the hell is going on… dry finish begs for another sip. For $10, why not?! — 5 years ago
Outstanding. September 2017 bottle. Great sour and funky flavor. Citrus, some berry-like flavor. More funk than I remember. So good. I have to say that American sours are catching up to this standard. — 5 years ago
I mean where’s so much hyped smoke there’s got to be legitimate fire. — 7 years ago
All 3-year lambics, not a blend of 1, 2, and 3 years. Loved this—funky and autumnal. Almost no carbonation. — 8 years ago
This was phenomenal. Great quality American lambic. The cherry, wine barrel and Brett work so well together. — 9 years ago
