Ginger, grapefruit pith, turmeric. Oh, 15$ for a 500 ml bottle. Another great rec by a well curated store in Rancho Mirage, Ca

Some light, fading, carbonation. Tart and mild tannins. Reminds me a little of an unblended Belgian lambic. Utterly drinkable.

Composed mostly of the Debina white grape with just a splash of the red Vlahiko grape thrown in. A touch sweet but not overly so. Dry and fully weird. Medium intensity but pleasantly funky as all get out. The palate is a replay of the nose with plenty of apples, cloves, and cinnamon. This is a hard wine to place if truth be told but one definitely worth trying.

Aug 13th, 2022Fruity with orange, has a bitter taste almost like the orange pith, which adds an interesting level of flavor. Goes great with any food which makes is a mvp!
