Dark fruits, full bodied but soft tannins. Prominent oak but soft and well integrated. Paired great with spicy sausage rigatoni a la vodka. — 3 years ago
High QPR. Has some body to it. Love Zabala vineyard. — 5 years ago
Light straw in color with a golden hue.
Pretty nose of diesel, lemons, pears, bruised apples, honey, melons, spices, honeysuckle and black pepper.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity, crisp and refreshing.
Dry on the palate with citrus, white pepper, light diesel, lemons, apples, light honey, pears, herbs, spices and light minerals.
Medium finish with tangy lemons.
This is a very tasty dry Riesling from California. Nicely balanced with a crisp mouthfeel.
This 4 year old is drinking very nicely now. Spicy and entertaining. Feels like an Alsace Riesling.
Good right out of the bottle and better with some air time, when the complexity comes in. An hour was enough.
Would be nice to revisit it in a few years.
I paired it with cheeses and dried fruits, by the pool.
13.3% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Ripe peaches with strong floral and mineral elements, rounded and lively — 7 months ago
What a beauty - slightly greenish yellow colored w/gorgeous aromas like citrus blossoms & white flowers, so fresh & clean, marine influence, some salinity & minerality but surprising delicate and aromatically forward. Chiseled on palate, bit silky, but nose translated palate. One of the more generous Spanish Albarinos I’ve ever had - reminded me of some riper CA offerings. — a year ago

Fino delicado, redondo y con recuerdos salinos. Excelente relación calidad precio. Nada que envidiar a los finos jerezanos. — 5 years ago
Super bright acidity, just something about how Western Europe designs white wines. So simple but so expressive. Not trying to be anything but just boldly there. — 6 years ago
This was a surprise for its price point and popularity. Very complex. Dark fruit, violets, tobacco, leather, prune, intense. Carries brightness and plenty of structure. Really enjoyed it. — 7 years ago

Light bodied red, raspberries, some savory notes in the finish akin to Oregon Pinot Noirs. The nose is timid, but the acids carry this. — 3 months ago
