Eléctrico Fino Del Lagar Montilla-Moriles Pedro Ximénez

Ripe pear, yellow delicious apple, chalky, not very briny. Fino made from PX, medium- acidity.

A perennial + return, rounder, thicker body than a Fino made from palomino. This PX version feels like acid has become more muted, drawing from its charm. New label since its last bottling. Perhaps i cld have drunk colder

Pure saline.

Fino delicado, redondo y con recuerdos salinos. Excelente relación calidad precio. Nada que envidiar a los finos jerezanos.

Very sour

Lovely nose and top note. Crushed sage and apple. Toasted almond hint. Would be great w/ ham #meatismurder

Cool PX from just outside of the appellation. Really creamy and intense saline while still managing to be fresh
