Nice, crisp minerality throughout. Soft citrus notes on the front with a green apple finish. Another great one from La Spinetta! — a month ago
A medium level sparkling Moscato. Bright and not too sweet. Floral notes with pear and honey. Perfect with dessert! — 2 months ago

Piemonte tasting #5
10h decanting and this is still quite closed with medicinal and herbal aromas dominating. Some shy sweet peppery cherry slowly emerging.
On the palate this is spicy, grippy, tannic and not overly acidic. Much more full & modern vs you everyday Barolo, with the tannins a bit dry from the oak, very drinkable though.
Needs much more time but delicious nevertheless. — 20 days ago
Really simple, refreshing and crisp. Slightly effervescent and floral. — a month ago

Spinetta’s 2019 Il Rosé di Casanova is stunning in the glass, wafting up with a seductive bouquet, mixing lime and ripe melon with crushed strawberries. It floods the palate with spicy red fruits, complemented by juicy citrus and brisk acids, which keep the expression wonderfully fresh. The finish is long, as an air of minerals and fresh florals hover above salty minerals which beg you to take another sip. (Eric Guido, Vinous, May 2020) — a month ago
