More than 4 years since last bottle from this case. Interesting comparison against the La Spinetta Barolo last night. The Langhe is still fruit forward, denser, thicker, deep round cherry, much more rustic, less floral, stronger tannins up in the front of the mouth. Still excellent though. — 3 months ago
Light, full and hint of pear. And not too sweet, very pleasant. A beautiful color and fragrance. — 8 months ago
Ruby red, dark fruits. Medium body. Crushable. — 4 years ago
Aromas of lemon zest, honeysuckle, crushed stone, fresh herbs, and a touch of dried hay. The palate is supple and finely textured, yet lifted by sharp acidity. Mineral and herbal nuances weave through the wine, leading to a medium finish.
I was surprised to learn this is 100% Sauvignon Blanc which to me is one of the easiest varieties to identify. 18 months in 2nd used French barrel. — 9 days ago

Very tasty Barbera with some tanins, but not overwhelming. Had it with pasta and this worked very well. Usually not a big fan of Barbera, but this one stands out. — a year ago
more floral than fruity on the nose. Strong nectarine on the palate — 4 years ago

This wine has a yellow-gold color in the glass with nice clarity. The nose is incredible. Minerality is the star, but there is a streak of salinity that comes across with a soapy, lanolin note. The fruit is largely apricot and Meyer lemon. On the palate, there is an explosion of stone fruit and minerality. The acidity is brisk and the finish is long and savory. This is a big white wine, one with personality to spare. — 2 months ago
I had this at CARLINA w/Mario, Lisa, Joe, Pam, Jonathan, Kevin and Jose… DELICIOUS! — 4 months ago

Dark ruby color with a slight brick rim. Aromas of cherry, bramble berries, leather, orange zest and dusty earth. Flavors of black cherry/berry/raspberry/plum fruit, blueberries, tobacco and savory spices. Intense earthy quality on the long finish. Mouth watering acidity and very silky tannins. Medium-plus body. A bit of heft and intensity. Solid weeknight option. — 7 days ago
