A stressful week came to a close with disappointing news. This wonderful champagnes consoles. Dark yellow color. Smells and tastes more mature than I expected from a 2012. This has a long finish and the closest I can describe the taste would be a Selosse. Not a champagne for everyone’s taste but I am glad I bought it and opened it tonight.
