Chez Cybulski 4/19/2024, from Wrightsville Beach. Blissful nose carries one to California perfection. — 12 days ago
Powerful but elegant. Ready to drink now but leave it open at least one hour before consuming. Intense black fruit and coffee, smooth tannins in the finish. A steak wine. — a day ago
Brick in colour, fruit was still strong and it has been awhile but this wine gave me a very strong sense of place. Maybe it was nostalgia but I would have known it was Walla Walla blind folded. — 18 days ago
2021. Medium body, well balanced. Delicious. — a month ago
2005 vintage. From magnum. Tasted after 3 hours open. Light-medium body. Drought earth. Coffee grounds. Espresso crema. Dark plum skins. Drinking excellent but like a Napa cab a decade older. And from a magnum!?!? Was expecting a bit more of a delicate fruit presence. Oh well. It was a full moon. 04.11.25. — 20 days ago

Decant for sediment and pour(decent chunky/fine sediment). A prodigious, still inky dark magenta color. On the nose: Terrific notes of musty candied cherry, pine, tobacco leaf, forest floor, little smoked meat. Taste: silky smooth, balanced, elegant wine with blackberry, cassis, earth, minerals, fig, and a long dark chocolate minty finish. YUM! Aged Seavey never disappoints...should hold for more years of drinking pleasure. — 13 days ago
