Sweet brownish wine, like sherry. — 2 years ago
Not a lot on the nose here. But Judeka certainly wakes up on the palate. Traditional Sicilian white varietals are mellowed with Chardonnay. No oak used in the aging process keeps the palate fruit forward. Mostly peach and apricot. There’s a perky green apple note on the finish. Well proportioned acidity and some sage on the finish. An unique wine. — 3 years ago

Kaos 5.0 Got it from eataly $42. Perfect orange Wine. Stone fruit clean dry great tannins fully balanced. Deep orange amber color. From NE etna. Sicily. Has carricante cattarato minella inzolia and Grecanico grapes. Distributed by anuninni — a year ago
Tasted semi-blind and wrote down the same thing I did for the 2018: it smells like church! I’m trying to figure out why I wrote it, but the minerality is similar to what you smell when you enter an old white marble church. Maybe some of the florals too?

Coda with my queen. Italian blended Chardonnay which proved excellent soft and luscious on the palate would love to buy this one — 7 months ago
Really good wine with a hearty soup. — a year ago
50/50 blend of Nerello Capuccio and Nerello Mascalese. Bright ruby color with hints of purple. Fruit forward aromas of bright cherry and blackberry. Hint of red/purple flowers. Pallet is also full of fruit (same as noted above) with additional notes of pepper spice, minerals and wild herbs. Nice texture. — 2 years ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Blend of blend of 60% Carricante, 25% Catarratto, 10% Grecanico and 5% Minnella, aged in French oak for 10 months. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits adding honeysuckle blossom. On the palate flavors of apple, apricot and lemon citrus with creamy vanilla wrapped in generous acidity, long finish ending with wet stone minerality. Nice! — 12 hours ago
