Millésime Brut Champagne Blend 2014

A lovely champagne with sophisticated mature biscuit notes. This is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Although the wine has a brioche bread note the finish is fresh and not overly long. — 8 days ago

Some goji in the mix, and a little peat. Very particular moment. Would crush with curry — 2 years ago

Blanc de Blancs Champagne Chardonnay

Crisp acidity, wet stones, baked apple, pear, lemon, lemon zest, brioche, yeast, baked pastry, almond. Medium+ body with rich flavors - lots of body for a blanc de blanc. Very good quality, great finish. — 2 months ago

Cuvée des Enchanteleurs Brut Champagne Blend 1998

Wow. 1998 was a great year and this is an awesome iteration. 2nd maturation phase. Perfectly (yes, honestly) balanced flavor profile and still vibrant - not sure what we can drink next to keep going upwards - let’s see. — 5 months ago

Auxerrois Coteaux de Champlitte

Yellow/green crisp color with a strong, aromatic nose that’s both stone-fruity and funky, this is a nice, crisp surprise. Strangely the nose has some turpentine like hints to it, along with some brioche-like Chardonnay notes, with white peach and fresh green hay. Medium bodied, but still slightly silky. — 15 days ago

Brut Réserve Champagne Blend

This rarely disappoints and is, next to Deutz, Pol Roger and Henriot, my favourite go-to champagne.
Love the fresh red fruit with the creamy background and rich, round mouthfeel and the long lasting, tiny bubbles.
Such good sipping!
