Yellow/green crisp color with a strong, aromatic nose that’s both stone-fruity and funky, this is a nice, crisp surprise. Strangely the nose has some turpentine like hints to it, along with some brioche-like Chardonnay notes, with white peach and fresh green hay. Medium bodied, but still slightly silky. — 8 months ago
Some goji in the mix, and a little peat. Very particular moment. Would crush with curry — 2 years ago
A lovely champagne with sophisticated mature biscuit notes. This is a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. Although the wine has a brioche bread note the finish is fresh and not overly long. — 7 months ago

2013 vintage. Prettier than the 2006 previously on the menu. That had decidedly bready notes and this drops that, introducing flowers and citrus/stone fruits instead. Drinking great now but another 2-5 years could vault this up the ratings scale. 9.10.25. — 24 days ago
