We revisited this wine after a brief self imposed wine drought. This wine has improved with age. Aromas of blue and black fruit, cedar, and tobacco. The tannins are well integrated and smooth. This wine offers structure and balance with lingering finish. Sure wish I had purchased a few more bottles. Lovely Cabernet blend from Greece 🍷 — 15 days ago
Stone fruit. Light on the aromas that usually blast out from the surface of this varietal. Supple summer grass.
Woah. Refreshing. Nice hit of carbonation. More than I expected, but it’s welcome here. Supple grass comes through from the bouquet. Cold cut pears.
A mango white claw without the extraneous sweetness. — 19 days ago
Pear, roasted asparagus, peanuts, soy sauce, waxy flowers.
Some alcohol bite, but otherwise silky with a long, nutty, almost MSG sprinkled finish. Maybe a little flabby, for sure much more gentle than its nose. — 4 days ago
This is becoming one of my favorites! — 16 days ago
Bright, fresh, earthy. Cranberries and funk.
Light bodied and great with a slight chill.
Makes me want lamb and veggie kebabs. — 4 days ago
Apricot, tangerine, blossom/rose semi sparking. Great first wine or afternoon. Lovely color for a celebration — 3 hours ago
Color of golden straw with a cloudiness since it’s unfiltered. The nose is lovely...tart apple (crab or green), fresh off the rocks ocean spray with a lovely salinity, seashells, golden raisins and a touch of honey. Upon taking a sip my mouth salivates everywhere. The seashells, salinity, golden raisins, and hint of honey come through immediately and last for some time as the salinity picks up, the tart apple peaks it’s head. This is screaming out for seafood or fish to pair, but can easily do without. There’s good body to this, more than your typical assyrtiko. — 14 days ago
